Midtown Modern

Located in Tan Quee Lan Street, Singapore, Midtown Modern is a new development that offers residential apartments and commercial retail space. It abuts the Bugis MRT station and is part of the ongoing Ophir-Rochor-Beach Road rejuvenation precinct that extends Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) further eastwards.

It’s a prime site that is encircled by several major roads that make for easy access. In addition, it’s located just across Beach Road from Guoco Midtown and will be part of the ongoing $2.4 billion integrated revitalisation by developer GuocoLand.

Midtown Modern is a large-scale project by renowned architect Yip Yuen Hong. His approach to design is based on his belief that homes are best made when imbued with an inimitable sense of personality and style.

His vision for Midtown Modern is a botanical retreat where natural wildness and contemporary resort meet to create a tranquil oasis, a place to unwind in the heart of the city. It features a variety of natural expressions from lush woodland to minimalist rockscape, with a number of multifunctional spaces.

There will be a total of 558 units in two towers, one- to four- generous bedroom layouts with two exclusive penthouses. A vast landscape of verdure will encourage enhanced family living in an environment that will become the signature piece of the Bugis revitalization.

In addition to the condominium facilities, residents can look forward to accessing over 30 thematic gardens and landscapes spanning nearly 27% of the total floor area. It is also Singapore Green Plan 2030 compliant, adopting new technologies to collect, filter and reuse rainwater.
