Water Soluble Film Packaging Machine is an industrial machine used for manufacturing laundry detergent packaged in a water soluble film. It consists of a frame with a guide rail arranged in the middle, a lower film delivery mechanism, a vacuum plastic absorption mechanism, an upper film supporting mechanism and a transverse cutting unit. A longitudinal cutting unit and an inclined blanking plate are arranged successively on the rack. The machine is driven to rise and descend through a first vacuum plastic absorption lifting mechanism.

The water soluble film is made up of one or more polymeric components, the solubility of which can be varied by a varying amount of solvent. A water soluble film can also contain additives to enhance its performance such as antiblocking agents, release agents and cross-linking agents.

A water-soluble film may also contain various auxiliary agents and processing additives such as plasticizers, plasticizer compatibilizers, lubricants, extenders, coagulants, antioxidants, detackifying agents, bleaching agents (e.g., sodium metabisulfite or sodium bisulfite) and nanoparticles such as layered silicate-type nanoclays.

In some embodiments, a water-soluble film can include sugar alcohol plasticizers that are liquid at room temperature such as isomalt, maltitol, sorbitol, xylitol, mannitol, erythritol, adonitol and pentaerythritol, or mixtures thereof. The sugar alcohol plasticizers can be present in an amount ranging from about 5 phr to about 35 phr, for example. The sealing solution can be applied to either surface of the water-soluble film before the interfacial region 30 is formed between the surfaces. Water Soluble Film Packaging Machine
